Who Kristen Works With
Career management is a life-long process of investing resources to accomplish your future career goals. I coach accomplished professionals who are ready to create a strategy to achieve those goals. They need the support of an expert who can help them establish a plan and move towards the long term vision they want for their life and career.
I have worked with professionals at all levels from senior leadership teams to entry-level professionals; I have worked with employees of well known global companies and also smaller institutions. One thing I know is that everyone no matter how successful, needs guidance for their career at some point. They need it to gain clarity, brainstorm, set goals, and take action.

1:1 Coaching
Accelerate your progress through goal and action-oriented private coaching. We will focus on gaining clarity for your next career steps in private 60-minute sessions. The length of your coaching program can be six, eight, or twelve sessions depending on your needs and goals, and includes a full needs assessment on the “what/why/how” for your career strategy.
Individual breakthrough power sessions are also available, and Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments are available for an additional fee.

Focused Power Session
You’re successful in your field. You know what you want to do. You just need some guidance and expert assistance with the TACTICS of making it happen! In this 90-minute session, we’ll focus on the 1-2 topics most critical to you in making your next career goal a reality.
Group Coaching
Many people have greater success learning and taking action with the support of others. The varied feedback and diversity of people and ideas are the main benefits of group coaching, along with expert advice and coaching from me. I create space on a variety of career-specific topics for small, curated groups of accomplished professionals like you to focus on necessary strategies that will get you where you want to go next in your career. Situational Coaching
This is for the professional that may not require a full coaching program, yet needs some added assistance with specific areas like their LinkedIn profile or resume, interview preparation, or an ELI attitudinal assessment and debrief.
